What is a Paddock Blade?
Paddock Blade has quickly become Australia's favourite tow behind horse paddock cleaner designed specifically to clear paddocks of horse, cow, sheep, and alpaca manure. It also does a great job picking up rocks, sticks, and leaves. When reversed into trailer mode it can also be used to carry bales, bowsers, rocks, logs , jumps and any other heavy items up to 500KG around your property with ease
How do you empty it?
The Paddock Blade has six handles around the side and rear, and a bar at the front to make emptying quick and easy.
Once you have done your paddock cleaning and filled it up to the desired level, simply tow your Paddock Blade over to your poo pile, unhitch it and lift and tip it from the back, side or front to raise and tilt. Alternatively, you can keep a shovel, rake or brush at your poo pile to empty the contents in a few seconds.
Whatever method you choose it will save you hours of time and effort every single week.
Why is the red one cheaper?
The Standard Red is our signature horse poop scooper colour and our most popular option. All other colours are made to order, so they cost more to produce. Some customers want their Paddock Blade to match their farm equipment or even their gum boots. All Paddock Blades do the same job. Your choice of colour is entirely up to you!
Will it work on my property/terrain?
The Paddock Blade horse manure collector is manufactured for Australian conditions and has been rigorously tested to ensure it’s up the task for any horse property! It’s designed to work on flat, hilly, grassy, rocky and undulating terrain. The only difficulty you may encounter is if you use your Paddock Blade before allowing moist grass and manure to dry.

How fast does it clear per acre?
The Paddock Blade has been put through its paces by our team and our customers. You can check out what they think of Paddock Blade in

An acre can be cleared of manure in only 10 minutes. Not only do you save time, you’re no longer toiling in the harsh sun and struggling with a rake and wheelbarrow. Manure collecting becomes a breeze!
How does it work?
Designed by horse people for horse people, we know that you want a tool that’ll not only work, but be easy to use. To use your Paddock Blade, simply hitch it to your vehicle, tow and collect. It will automatically adapt itself to keep a tight ground plane to any surface and at any angle. Whatever you are using to tow it with needs to be able to travel at 15-20kmh comfortably for the best results. Now you can sit back and enjoy the ride!
Is it safe?
We have spent hundreds of hours rigorously testing and developing our horse poo picker. Paddock Blade is engineered to be perfectly safe when used as intended and for purpose. As when operating any equipment, follow all safety instructions and consider your own physical limitations when lifting or manoeuvring heavy loads.
Does it pick up rocks?
The Paddock Blade is a true paddock cleaning tool! Many of our customers buy one for clearing rocks and all of them are happy with the fantastic results! Our paddock cleaner will also pick up sticks, leaves and organic debris. Just about anything making a mess of your paddocks can be scooped up quickly and efficiently with Paddock Blade!
Does it work in long grass?
Paddock Blade will work well in grass up to 15cm. It gets difficult to see where the manure is when the grass gets any longer than this, and therefore it becomes difficult to aim at.
Who should buy one?
Just about anyone in the agricultural world! Any person who owns or manages animals that produce manure should consider investing in their own Paddock Blade! While it’s designed for horse manure pickup, the Paddock Blade is also sought after for its variety of other uses. To put it simply, if you have mess to pick up, then the Paddock Blade is the solution for you!
What are the benefits?
The benefits of your own Paddock Blade are life changing! It saves you hours of your precious time every time it is used – reducing the time you’d usually have to spend picking up manure by at least one-third. Your horses will be happier and healthier as they’ll have a cleaner environment. It’s also a fun machine to use and work with!
The Paddock Blade will alleviate all those aches and pains caused by the arduous backbreaking task of using a rake and wheelbarrow. Long-term, it can help prevent repetitive strain injuries on your back, neck, shoulders and arms.

What are the limitations?
We take immense pride in offering you a product that performs as promised. Our commitment to quality design and engineering has produced a product that can be used on 95% of terrain, requires zero maintenance and will last you a minimum of 10 years.
However, like any product, it does have its limitations and we are always open and honest about these. The Paddock Blade won’t perform well on sand arenas or menages. It also shouldn’t be used immediately after rain. Let the ground dry first for best results.
Are there any others uses?
In tow mode, your Paddock Blade will efficiently collect manure, rocks, sticks, leaves and other organic debris. Some of our customers use their Paddock Blade entirely for clearing rocks and tidying up their property.
In trailer mode, your Paddock Blade can also be used to carry heavy loads, up to 500kg. Bales, bowsers and any other heavy items that you can think of (up to half a tonne in weight) can be moved easily by Paddock Blade.
