You will be sent an SMS and E-mail once your delivery has been booked in with our approved courier which contains an ETA on your delivery and a tracking link. Please note this ETA is an estimate only and may be subject to change.
If you any queries about your delivery please contact the appointed courier in the first instance.
Please make sure all of the below information is entered correctly when you place your order to avoid any delays or extra charges being incurred that will be payable by you the receiver.

• Receiver's email and phone number (mobile where possible)
It is your responsibility to be available to receive your delivery when it arrives, any extra charges due to futile delivery attempts, or redirects to different addresses other than those given at the time of ordering will incur extra charges payable by you the receiver.
All orders shipped to New Zealand will be subject to customs and taxes charges set by the New Zealand government. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver.
All orders are where possible dispatched within 1-7 days.
